Before you book
No. None of Costa Rentals' 23 units have hot water except Apartment 11 — that's the only one. Palmar 6 has a shower with good pressure, but the water runs cold, same as the rest of the units.
No extra cost — the A/C is already included in the price and comes with its own remote in the room, plus a ceiling fan if you'd rather keep it natural at night.
There's no kitchen inside the room, but you do have access to Palmar's shared outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, just steps from the door. It's a private room with a shared kitchen, not a standalone apartment.
The upgrade that actually happened
The A/C wasn't part of the original setup — it went up on the wall after the room was already running, because guests kept asking. Now it's just there: your own remote, cool air whenever you want it, and the ceiling fan still working if you'd rather keep it natural. Queen bed, private bathroom with shower, no kitchen of your own — but you get climate control without paying apartment prices.
