Costa Rentals is an informational site about our rooms and apartments in La Punta, Zicatela, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. The site itself does not process bookings, payments, or email, and does not store any booking data.
When you book, we send you to our booking engine, Cloudbeds, through an external link. The booking, payment, and confirmation are handled there, not on costarentals.mx.
Once you continue on Cloudbeds, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply. We recommend reviewing them before confirming your booking.
Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM, with self check-in (no front desk).
Daily housekeeping is not included, except for stays of one week or longer. Extra cleaning and an additional towel have a cost, confirmed before your stay.
These policies may vary by unit or season; the version in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
The cancellation and refund policy that applies to your booking is the one shown on Cloudbeds at the time you book, and it's confirmed in your booking confirmation email. We don't fix a single window here, since it can vary by rate, season, or active promotions.

Prices shown on the site are informational and may change without notice depending on season, availability, and promotions. The final price is the one confirmed on Cloudbeds when you book.
The content on this site (text, photos, logo, and design) belongs to Costa Rentals or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.
We do our best to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at all times. We're not responsible for booking decisions made outside this site (for example, on Cloudbeds or third-party platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb), which are governed by their own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the state of Oaxaca.
